Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept payments via PayPal, including PayPal balance, linked credit/debit cards, or PayPal Credit (subject to PayPal’s terms). We use PayPal to ensure secure and efficient transactions.

  • Fees: PayPal may charge transaction fees (e.g., 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for U.S. payments) or currency conversion fees for international payments. These fees are set by PayPal, not Flarenest. Review PayPal’s fee structure at paypal.com before checkout.
  • Security: Payments are processed through PayPal’s secure platform with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Disputes: For payment issues (e.g., unauthorized charges), file a dispute via PayPal’s Resolution Center within 180 days, per PayPal’s Buyer Protection policy. Contact us at info@flarenest.com for assistance, and we will respond within 24 hours during office hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • Note: We are working to add credit/debit card payments and other methods soon. If you lack a PayPal account or prefer alternatives, contact us to discuss options.

Exact Order Total Policy:

The total price of your order will be calculated at checkout. There are no additional charges for the product. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, never overcharge.

Right To Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we make any errors or omissions. For example, if we make a mistake and mistakenly sell an item for $0.10 instead of $10.00 and you order 20 units. We reserve the right to cancel your order instead of shipping it. We are not authorized to charge a different price than the price stated at checkout.
