1. Shipping Locations & Free Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. All U.S. orders come with free standard shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Process Time:
    • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
    • Most orders take 7-14 working days to prepare from the time of ordering, 

      customized orders require an additional 3-5 working days.

  • Shipping Time: 
    • A: Free shipping method requires 8-16 business days delivery with full tracking by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
    • B: Expedited shipping methods require 6-10 business days shipping time and you will need to pay an additional fee

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time
    • Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days=7-14 days (Process Time) + 8-16 days (Shipping Time)
    • Express Shipping: 13-24 business days=7-14 days (Process Time) + 6-10 days (Shipping Time)

Please note that delivery time are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions or third-party courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to track the status of your package through various tracking points during transit.

5. Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

While we will make every effort to meet your deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date. Once the parcel leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the courier, and delays may occur beyond our control.

For expedited delivery, please contact us before placing an order to get a customized shipping quote. Expedited orders may arrive in 13-24 business days.

If the order does not arrive by the requested date, we cannot offer a refund while the package is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us for a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses provided.

If an address change is necessary:

  • If it is your fault: You will be responsible for any fees associated with the change, including additional redelivery charges.
  • If it is our mistake: We will cover all costs to correct the address.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to update the address.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check your tracking information—the package may still be on the delivery truck or nearby.
  • Contact the courier directly to initiate a trace within 7 days of delivery.

If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will send a replacement free of charge.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery is confirmed, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

9. Failure to Receive Your Package

If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no signature, wrong address), the package will be held at a local facility for a short time before being returned to us. In this case:

  • Return Shipping Fee: If the package is returned, we may charge an additional fee to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Re-shipment Fee: If you want the package to be sent again, we will invoice you for both the return and re-shipping fees.

10. Import Duties & Taxes

  • Import Duties: For U.S. orders, you do not need to pay any additional import duties or taxes.
  • VAT: In most cases, VAT is not charged during customs clearance. However, on larger orders, additional documentation may be requested.

Please note that all import duties, taxes, or other customs charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Ensure that you are aware of your country’s import policies.

11. Express Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx. Please contact us before ordering to get a quote for faster delivery.

12. Average Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Customized orders may require an additional 3-4 working days.
