Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Flarenest products come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as defined below. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies to products used for their intended purpose (e.g., residential or commercial lighting as specified in product descriptions).
What is Covered
- Defects in Materials or Workmanship: We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) any product found defective in materials or workmanship during normal use, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product.
- Normal Use: Use in accordance with product instructions, including proper installation by a qualified professional, adherence to voltage requirements, and avoidance of unauthorized modifications.
What is Not Covered
- Damage due to incorrect installation (e.g., by an unqualified installer or failure to follow instructions).
- Damage from misuse (e.g., overloading circuits, exposure to unsuitable environments like extreme weather unless specified).
- Damage from accidents (e.g., drops, impacts, or natural disasters).
- Cosmetic wear or damage from normal aging (e.g., minor scratches, fading due to prolonged sunlight exposure).
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or shipping (except as noted below).
Warranty Process
- Contact Us: If you encounter a defect, email info@flarenest.com with your order number, proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours during office hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
- Evaluation: We may request additional details or return of the product to our facility in China for inspection. For valid claims, we cover return shipping costs for defects within the first 30 days of delivery, as per our Refunds & Returns Policy. After 30 days, you may be responsible for return shipping costs (typically $10-$50, depending on location and product size).

Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will:
- Repair the product and return it at no cost.
- Replace it with an identical or comparable product if repair is not feasible.
- Issue a refund to your PayPal account (within 7-14 business days, credited in 3-5 days) if repair or replacement is not possible.
- Technical Support: For non-defect issues (e.g., installation queries), we provide free technical assistance via email or phone.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
All products undergo quality checks before shipping to ensure they meet our standards. If a defect occurs despite these checks, it is covered under this warranty.
Relationship with Returns Policy
This warranty complements our Refunds & Returns Policy. For defects within 30 days of delivery, you may choose a free return under the returns policy or a warranty claim. After 30 days, this warranty applies for defect-related issues.
